 | USDA: This is a 70,000 sq. ft. TI for the USDA Portland offices. We are installing electrical sub distribution, ups, branch lighting, branch power, lighting, emergency egress lighting, and energy management systems. Low voltage systems comprised of voice, data, security, fire and alarm. $400K |
 | Clean Water Services: This was a 200,000 square foot new building for administrative office for Clean Water Services. The project encompassed new site utilities, site lighting, electrical distribution, generator, battery back-up UPS, branch power, branch lighting, new light fixtures, energy management lighting systems, DDC, fire alarm, phone, data, and security. Project Value 1.2 million. |
 | Multnomah Building: This project was a 12k sq. ft. TI that we did a complete demolition of two floors of the building. We installed new electrical distribution, branch lighting, branch power, light fixtures, HVAC feeders and connections. We also installed the special systems, for this project, which were Fire Alarm, Security, Phone and Data. $150K |
